Never heard any of their stuff before, and last night just happened to have a live concert from somewhere or other, pretty big show, think it might of been spain/mexico?
Anyway thought they were pretty excellent, its really nice to 'chance' upon something and actually get sucked into it & think its pretty excellent when you have never heard anything from them before. They seemed pretty talented lot, great voice, excellent guitar players, nicely crafted songs with meaty gutairs coupled to really nice melodies
Anyway any fans recommend which albums are good, seems I see 4 on itunes, maybe I should just buy them all!.....

My Chemical Romance?
I'd start with "The Black Parade" as that will have 90% of the songs from the gig you saw.

I'd get Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge.

Far far better than Black Parade in my emo, wrist slitting view.

and Helena

most of all. Apart from that I'm OK though...

My least favourite band in the world ever - and that was before the Daily Mail learned of their existence.

Horrible whiny vocals, teen 'angst', and they look like, well, tts

Yeah they do look like a bunch of tts but Helena is a pretty good tune.

Infact Three Cheers is a pretty good album.

Danger Days is quite good.

Best song for me is I am not okay (I promise), the vid is good too (but not on Danger Days just to be clear).

Each to their own etc, I find them incredibly whiney and...well, just lame.

Seen them live a few years ago and it was awesome! Id recommend the Three Cheers album. Although the Black Parade is more polished and sounds nicer, I prefer the rougher side of them. That said Bullets is quite a brilliant album too biggrin I cant fault them personally and im a huge Metallica fan! Haha
