And a fencing champion too! Almost too cool to believe Gary Numan's brother trains pilots and Gary was I believe one of only about six people qualified enough to fly the last Lancaster bomber. Wish I could do more than one thing very well. Sorry wish I could do anything as well as they do/ have done!
I think Gary gave up flying a number of years back, because, as a highly qualified stunt pilot, he'd seen too many flying mates die.
