2 hour documentary on the Rolling Stones. Premieres on HBO Thu night (DVR set) but will be shown in the UK on the BBC on Saturday night I think. The trailers look good.

I recorded this last night and watched it tonight. It was brilliant. It covers 62-mid 70's and most of the footage was new to me, a Stones junkie.

There were interviews with everyone running over it, including Mick Taylor and Bill Wyman. Altamont is covered as well as Brian Jones leaving the band, Mick Taylor coming in, drugs issues etc.. Lots of concert footage including some rare stuff. When did you last hear Hey Negrita being sung in concert!
