So I heard this song a few days ago and I've heard it before many years ago.

Probably from the early / mid 90's??

I'd describe it as a slow dance track with a female vocalist. There is a very distinctive part of the vocal she sings but it's not a typical lyric.

It sounds like, Geng gega gega geng geng geng and then goes on in the same style for a few lines.
