What the hell is the 'Higher & higher' tune ten seconds in?

Sounds like a version of the old Jackie Wilsons Higher and Higher!

I'm afraid I'm not quite old enough for this one, but the above seems like a good shout - Afterall, Orca managed to make Beverley Craven a rave icon so in theory it's completely possible.

I'd send the bloke who made the video a message via YouTube. Probably your best bet.

I'm not an old 'raver' but I was there!
(Your love keeps lifting me) Higher and Higher - was indeed Jackie Wilson in 1967 but don't think that's this.

The second tune though at 40s in, is unmistakable.
It's the start of Barclay James Harvest dreadfully depressing and morbid record out in 1970? 'Suicide' (which is what it is about!)

Pleeeeasse don't listen if you are in any way depressed.
It could just tip you over the edge and send you the same route as what happens in the record. hehe

Great, thanks! I was also wondering about that tune! I know the JW song very well, but I also didn't think it was some remix of that.I have posted on the youtube wall, but then so have others quite some time ago with no reply.

Anyone recognise the 'dance to the max' track right at the start? I used to love that!
