Ticket Arena

I've bought a pair of tickets from Ticket Arena. You're supposed to print them yourself, but I've just logged in to do so and I can't see how the heck you're meant to do it...?

The event is this Sunday and I'm a bit worried now. Has anyone else used Ticket Arena and had this issue?

Here's a screen shot of what I'm faced with after logging in. You can see that under "Print Ticket(s)" there's nothing to click:




If I click the order number on that screen, I get this one, which shows that it's paid for etc:




Any ideas please? I've emailed and sent a message on Facebook but there's no contact number anywhere that I can see on the site.

Have you got an email confirmation from them?

Actually, I just noticed the ticket status says "pending" which is probably why you can't print anything yet. When did you order them?

I wondered about the "Pending" thing, but they're all paid for and I have the PayPal invoice confirming it. Ordered them on March 15th.

I've had the registration email but not one with the ticket link on it. Actually, I haven't checked my spam folder, so I'd better do that.



I'll try a different browser too. Thanks for the suggestions.

Strangely, the registration email went into my Inbox but the email containing the tickets had been buried in Spam. No idea why they got sent to different places!?


I should have checked really, but anyway, it's all sorted now
