I asked my Mother if she'd like to come too and she pulled a face! - She went to see Faithless for her 60th birthday ten years ago, and thinks Tom's music is old for her... Then she proceeded to say 'When your Dad played drums with him in The Top Hat Club in Cymtillery...' cool.

I've purchased a ticket for Johnny too and even he's excited. This is after so far this year seeing Ben Howard, Skrillex, and Nero.

I can't wait. Legend.

(Even a work colleague in her early 20's has purchased tickets after my exuberance)

Went to USA for honeymoon with a few days in Vegas at the MGM in 1998. New SWMBO was mortified I had bought tickets to Tom's show at the MGM. "Are you mad?.. he's so old and uncool" said she. "Trust me" say I. After the show she was smitten and has been been a total fan since. Was also lucky enough to see him at the Union Chapel in Islington where he performed "Praise and Blame" in its entirety. Epic X 20

I don't know why we're phuquing about with Englebert, If we really want to win the Eurovision farce just send Tom and give him telephone book for him to sing.

Audidoody - I've had a thing about going to Vegas for a while, one of the reasons was to see Tom Jones. I'm glad he's playing the UK as I'd probably never have got to go to Vegas anytime soon. Still a bit gutted though.

Pulp at the Albert Hall - just got home from this and mst say they were fantastic. Jarvis is unique magnetic frontman.

Springsteen in Hyde Park - Gonna go and see what all fuss is about.

Radiohead at the O2 - Simply the best band in the world until someone prooves otherwise. Absolutly stunning each time I've seen them.

Saw him up the road to us at Audley End last year, it was great having a picnic and a dance with Sir Tom warbling in the background.
