Electric Keys solo at 52 secs could do with lifting a bit while dropping the regular piano a little. In comparison to the one at roughly 2 mins, its lost a little.
Whistling at the end sounds a little weak and as though whoever was doing it was struggling a bit.
Other than that, a very nice flowing piece. Not my style personally, but very easy to listen to.

Volume balance is decent enough, bass and cymbals are a bit quiet though. Kick is too quiet for my tastes. Piano is too loud. Like the guy earlier said the keys solo is lost. Either bring it up or pan it. In terms of panning it's not too good if you want honest criticism, there's not much space in the mix; spread it out! Get that hi-hat on the left and sort your cymbals out, everything is fighting for the centre. Bring the piano to the right, maybe use some automation to bring the keys solo over during the solo.
Bass is merging with the kick; either use a side-chain on the compressor or mask it using EQ. At around 1:31 the vocalist messes up and there are a few pitch issues. He doesn't seem comfortable on those high notes. Does the same at 1:50, I would re-record. I'm not sure if this is purposeful. You can hear breath intakes which shows poor vocal technique, move away from the mike when breathing in, you could just use a gate but you might lose some notes unless you're good at gating. They could do with compressing more aswell.
Vocals could do with chorus and reverb to give them some depth. The left backing vocal is significantly louder than the right, get them balanced.
It's not a bad mix though; I've been critical. It definitely needs work and there are problems which need ironing out. There's not much advice I can give without actually seeing what you've done. Not a very creative mix and personally I think it needs a lot more work, but that's just my opinion.

. Im glad people are listening critically because I've mixed it for a while and sort of listened to it too much now so i don't know whats going on and i need another set of ears. So thanks for that.
