Sorry if its been re-posted elsewhere but MC Magika has posted up details of the Milton Keynes re-union on facebook.

I managed to pre-register last minute but general sale is 29th December.

Swan-E is on the line-up.

Someone I know has an original V7 Saxon St sign in their man cave!
I used to love Swan-E, he used to play stuff no one else seemed, one of my first tapes was him and Ellis Dee at Dreamscape 2

Female vocal sample lifted and used in several hardcore/jungle/D&B creations, lovely tune mind

Line up looks good. Was my favourite venue in the early 90s.

If they had a nice comfy sofa area, with table service, and the musical entertainment ported through a large screen....

Yes! Two tunes always spring to mind from that initial sample, Invisible Man - The beginning of the end, and X Project rough cut

Just a dirty floor and a bar is fine, original vibes biggrin

Yep, paint it black, small room, huge system, lots of smoke and a couple of hundred people with the DJ booth on the same level as the Dance floor with a barrier people can lean on. Sounds like Milwaukees!

Give me that or decks in the back of a transit in a forest/quarry/illegal location every single time!
Huge corporate shiny clubs full of mirrors, chrome and people more interested in a shag and what they look like rather than the music do absolutely nothing for me

My headphones were hung up years ago for playing out, I barely find the time to get a mix uploaded once a month these days!

Love that poster, might have to get one

Seems poignant to post this today, DJ Spatts from Criminal Minds passed away yesterday:

That’s sad to hear, I was a huge TCM fan and loved his solo stuff too, especially Rolling voodoo which doesn’t appear to be on YT.
Baptised by dub was one of the first tunes I remember dancing to when we first started going to raves in very early 92

Edit, found it

Maybe, I quite fancy doing an old late 93/early 94 hardcore mix, stuff like that, tango and fallout, early formation etc. all the dark obscure stuff Ratty used to play back then.

Funnily enough, this came up on my memories today, a photo taken in early 94, Soundlab DLP1’s, Kam Made2Made GM25 mixer. TCM - Mind bombing EP (wicked late hardcore EP) and Bizzy B - Science EP in the mix!
