Sort of off topic. Just watching the bbc coverage. Why are there 10 red arrows?
9+ spare. Transiting to Bournemouth for a show, then from Bournemouth onto Southend Airport (for a show at Folkestone) tomorrow.
I didn’t think they were in Bournemouth at all this year as they are in Canada?
They are basing at Bournemouth for the Isle of Wight Armed Forces display at 11:30 then transiting from Bournemouth to Southend via Billingshurst for the Folkestone Armed Forces display at 5:10pm.

Ah but they’re net zero. Plant a few trees. Sorted.

They do put on a good show though.

They went over my house about 8pm so were here and I am in Wimborne 10 miles from Bournemouth.

iPlayer is crap to navigate this year. I didn't have to scroll through the stage sets from midday to get to what I wanted last year, or did I? I'm sure more artist sets were separated and defined before.

Kasabian: I wanted to be there again

I agree it was painful trying to use it earlier. I gave up.

Flipped away from Coldplay because familiar and now watching Jessie Ware, who isn't. Great singing and the banter with the crowd is brilliant.

That last coldplay track with the sax's etc was pretty epic to be honest (Self confessed SKA/Reggae fan!)

Why the hell did BBC cut the Streets then.
Mike spends 10mins bigging up the flag wave, then BBC cut it after he gets into the crowd do do it.
Good, all that twaddle about the flags was boring both at home and I’d imagine in the crowd too. Did he really expect every flag to be still whilst he clambered his way through the crowd?

Chris Martin makes them in his garden shed and takes them to each gig in his transit van

Christ, I mean can you intone the back lash if they weren’t greener than green at these festivals?

I see that some are using hydrogen fueled generators but not sure about this one.
