Paul Heaton plays fairly regularly at a tiny venue near me. The Beeb could have saved 000000s and just sent a crew to Holmfirth. Similarly Dexys. Glasto is underwhelming this year and I think the Beeb's coverage reflects that.
Where’s that then? The Picturedrome? I’ve just bought tickets for his Leeds gig on 30th November but I’d far rather see him at a a little venue like that! Plus it’s only about 40mins drive from me! tobinen said:
Let's see what The Streets has to offer. Dizzy new heights....
And thats how its done, no messing about with dancers, backing singers, light shows.Get on, do your show. Bang some tunes out.
Most importantly, get the crowd going and involve them.

Sort of off topic. Just watching the bbc coverage. Why are there 10 red arrows?
9+ spare. Transiting to Bournemouth for a show, then from Bournemouth onto Southend Airport (for a show at Folkestone) tomorrow.Gassing Station | Music | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
