I love a good casing of assholes and lips sometimes, but the Herta, dino ones, or those in a tin/jar from the supermarkets just seem to be pink mush all the way through.
Where can you find a decent dog with a nice crisp skin, good flavour and some texture?
OP here, as the last poster said, i know a good sausage when i see one, and I enjoy a good bratwurst too, I am talking about hot dogs here, I have had them at pubs etc so they do exist!
