Name three common ingredients that do not go with each other at all.
For instance, Oysters and strawberry jam may be a revolting thought but is there a third ingredient does not go with either?

You would add oysters to a beef stew and a beef stew has gravy, and gravy has ..........
But enough of my example how about your own three non matching tastes.
Its more difficult than you might think

You're just not thinking laterally enough smile

apples
anchovies
artichokes

baked beans
brawn
bananas

cheese
chocolate
carrots

Go on then - say you like cheese with your carrots. Cheesy peas yes, cheesy carrots no.

i think apples anchovies and artichokes would probably be a reasonable combination. anchovies and artichokes would probably work well and artichokes like a bit of acidity meaning the apple would probably be ok. might try that one out infact.

cant see a problem with baked beans and brawn.

cheese and carrots- well what about a vegetable gratin?

Its a very difficult challenge though.

My effort: strawberrys, lamb and cod

Suspect garlic and vinegar could be used quite easily in a savoury sauce of some sort.

Nutella
Mint sauce
Lemons
