A have a nice piece of cod in the fridge, drizzled with lemon juice, olive and seasoning. Just fancy something simple for supper tonight - but I'm not sure whether to stick it in t' oven or pan fry it.

What d' ya reckon?

if its skin on i would pan fry it. skin side down for about 90% of cooking time, this way you get nice crispy skin without burning the fish. then turn it over for the last 10%. depending on thinkness of the fillet/loin you are looking at 10 mins. if no skin then bake it in a little tin foil parcel with lemon, garlic and some olive oil. 15 to 20 mins

I don't do wheat or dairy, so nice and simple will suit me.
