Where do they get their naturally salted potatoes from?

It amazes me how they make fries with no added salt, yet, taste like they are coated in the stuff.

Wouldn't mind buying some to make my own chips at home.

Where do you get that idea from? I mean, you can ask for unsalted, but by default you get salted.

You must be mistaken

http://www.mcdonalds.co.uk/food/nutrition/our-ingr...

The salt is added after cooking.

I can't believe I just looked that up...

Definatly said on the packet I just consumed "No added salt". Seen it many a time and wondered how they can say that. Sure it even said on the adverts are some point.

It's probably something along the lines of 'reduced salt' or 'low sodium salt'.
Go back there now and get a packet, and put a picture up on here. And if you live local to me, can you bring me a cheese burger?

You can have it on a tray, y'know - it's called "eating in", as opposed to the "take away" bags. HTH coffee

I'm amazed that people still eat at McD's, the food is almost as bad as the service! . . . . . .although admittedly its not quite as bad as the fking awful junk that comes out of my local dominos pizza hurl

Burger King burgers are only tasty when you're used to the filth that McDonald's serve. When you're used to proper burgers (homemade or handmade burger company etc.) they taste like chaff.

McDonald's burgers aren't crap - they taste great, are usually fresh and are cheaper than the equivalent M&S sandwich which is often just as calorific and similarly priced.

And it's warm.

I hate McDonalds snobs.

If you ever get the chance, visit a Fat Burger or In and Out Burger in the US . . .. You'll never want to eat at McDonalds again
