Leftovers for lunch

I had chicken fajitas last night for dinner. The leftovers were made into 2 wraps and went into the frideg for lunch today.

What other dinner leftovers do you find make great next day lunches?

As i'm normally cooking for myself and unless you go to a butcher etc, you end up with multiples of things like chicken breasts, pork chops etc, i tend to cook enough for dinner one night and lunch the following day.

Paella last night, had salads, singapore noodles, thai beef salad, loads!

Much better than any of the cr@p you get from Pret / Eat etc

I always find burritos work well.

Well packaged and highly flavoured. Perfect cold!
