Hi, I'm Alex...
Discussion
... And I'm a steakaholic.
Saturday lunch time i was watching TV and relaxing. I decided to get s steak to went to Costco and bought the best steak they had, cooked it and ate it.
Since then I did the same on Sunday, had Kobe steak Sunday night, cooked a Costco steak this lunch time (Costco is 2 mins walk from my office), and went home via Costco this evening. Just cooked and eaten a massive steak and the OH is on her way back from work now, via the local chippy, with spicy chili beef and chips.
I'm a mess, I've eaten the massive steak and have the chippy on it's way about 9.
Steak isn't a bad food, generally, but this steak followed by a Valentines chippy, isn't ideal.
I cant stop eating steak, and I cant stop trying to better the last attempt.
Help?!

People who eat diets heavy in red meat or junk foods are also likely to experience a buildup, over time, of partially digested material on the linings of their intestines. Obviously, this is not a healthy situation, and to turn it around, a person may have to change his or her diet and perhaps even undergo some sort of colon-cleansing program.

There is no medical consensus to support your assertion. I still say bulls

There is a massive range of scientific opinion on the subject, obviously you can pick anything you want and treat it as if it were gospel truth. Sites that talk about "colon cleansing" come into the fringe homeopathic nutter lentilist category - junk science wrapped in lack of understanding!

Say what you like, the general consensus is to not each too much red meat and that's what I'll be doing personally. There are benefits to eating red meat, but everything in moderation and all that, however nothing but steak in your diet isn't exactly moderation. There is no medical consensus to support your assertion.
