Any recommendations for post theatre place for dinner?

No real preference on the food.

Thanks

Wahaca - Good mexican, not expensive gets quite busy though expect to wait 30-45mins for a table at peak times - although there's a bar there, or a huge porterhouse bar nearby.

Being a Meatasaurus Rex I'm liking the look of that!

+1 for the Hawksmoor.
I think it's jsut opened in CG. Been open on Commercial Road for years though.
The other ones to consider are Rules and The Ivy.

Seconded, if you like mexican the food is on a different planet to the chain restaurants, well worth a visit for something different!

Post Theatre I would suggest Joe Allens as well.

Left there around 11.20pm last night and it was steaming full and buzzing.

Not that it matters but Robert Lindsay was on the next door table as we left, presumably after his own show? (Didnt notice him coming in so not sure)

Great atmosphere and although the food not brilliant, not bad value and still very good.
