Sainsbury's do a garlic puree which comes in a tube (which is itself in a box).

Pretty handy for putting into stuff like mashed potatoes instead of fannying around with real cloves.

That reminds me, bought a couple of bulbs of smoked garlic the other day - beautiful in both smell and taste!! Recommended if you haven't tried it.
