Your Perfect Waffle Recipes?

I'm a bit of a waffle monster and cant get enough of them-
I would only eat Waffles when I could get them freshly made at a restuarant or cafe-
Friends have always told me domestic waffle makes are a bit rubbish so never though of buying one. However I have just been given a brand new industrial grade waffle maker which weighs about 15 kg and makes over 200 waffles an hour ( not that I will ever make that many).
Anyway I now want to become the waffle king for when freinds and family come around so am looking for the perfect waffle mix. There are hundreds of recipes on the internet but dont have time to try each of them out. So what are your reccomendations?
Really crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside is what im looking for.
So what recipes, tips and suggestions do you all have?
