Ditto. I don't have it often, so when I do, like on a trip, or a special dinner at home with a lovely piece of beef fillet, it is something worth waiting for!

I wouldn't normally have sauce unless it was a cheaper cut of meat (i.e. rump steak). Then it would be peppercorn sauce.

I'm not really a fan of sauce with steak, but every so often I'll go for peppercorn or sometimes blue cheese.
