Too many bully boy chefs
Discussion
I'm sure this has been discussed before but just wanted to throw in my tuppence worth. When I was watching masterchef and they were in the pro kitchens it was a reminder of everything I hate about professional cookery, these Michelin star boys all come across as Marco pierre white wannabe bullys, I know how much everyone on here loves a perfect meal, but when you see what the kids working under the superstar chefs go through for next to no money can you really fawn over these people with a clear conscience.
As a side note I would propose that the scumbag trendy facial haired restaurant critics who everyone must suck the cock of be dragged in to the streets and shot for the pressure they put on people less priveled/connected than themselves.

It's a stressful experience no doubt, but if you are aiming for michelin quality food then I don't think the softly softly approach is going to work.
It's the same in any profession, you balls it up then you get a b
king. I think the difference with kitchens is that it's all very fast paced and each dish will be under the spotlight of a diner, therefore emotions tend to come out moreso.
