Anyone tried one? I beleive they are very rich and best served with a touch of celery salt!!

I haven't tried them. Duck's eggs were the most exotic for me so far.

I used to be sent out to collect them many moons ago. Black headed gull colonies.
I remember them being a thicker consistency than hens' eggs (similar to ducks') with a striking orange yolk. The taste was stronger but not markedly so and just used as "everyday" eggs.
