Would you eat Halal Meat?
Discussion
Given a fair few people actively seek out things that carry a minimum of animal cruelty, then halal meat may not be high on their ethical agenda.
The fact that the restaurant may be doing this on economic grounds (its cheaper) may make this even less palatable.
Personally, I'm not overly fussed, but I'd prefer it to be clear.

All the meat at Wembley and Twickenham is Halal, a lot of the time you will be served it, but you won't be informed in order to make a choice to not eat it. Why religious slaughterhouses are exempt from the requirement to stun animals before cutting their throats I don't know.
wow, i didnt know that, do they have "normal" meat if you ask for it?stickyr6 said:
