Fancy restaurant in fleet/farnham/winchester/reading area
Discussion
My parents are over for the weekend so I would like to treat them to a really nice dinner out. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant in the region described in the subject? (basically hampshire but i can't be arsed driving any further south than winchester).
I've lived in the area for a while but i have inexpensive tastes so good pub food/curries/ask/pizza express etc usually suffices. The only thing i can think of is the Loch Fyne in Farnham but i'd like to push the boat out a bit more if possible..

This is relatively near and has excellent food. Best to book as gets quite busy.

For Reading:
http://www.myalacarte.co.uk or http://www.londonstbrasserie.co.uk/ - both will need booking!
Just south of Reading: http://www.lortolan.com/ (Michelin star)
You could tie up a trip to one of these with a shopping trip...

edited - wrong name, it's slipped me now, anyway, it's on the corner of bridge street and chesil street in Winchester, sunken into the floor, old tudor building - that was always nice!
