London riverside bar recommendation

Right, despite having lived in London for a few years now, the success of my recent "London restaurant recommendations" thread in throwing up a few gems has prompted me to interrogate the "PH Knowledge" (sort of like a black cabbie, but navigating by watering holes and eateries) further.
I need the following in a bar for this Saturday afternoon - Ideally in Z1, but I could be persuaded to stretch further if travelling towards SW London.
1) Alongside the Thames
2) A great view/location (memorable, ideally)
3) Great cocktails
Bonus points will be awarded (probably to me) if the place is a little bit off-the-beaten-track (as appears almost impossible in London), completely spectacular, or has a 'romantic' atmosphere.
I can name plenty of places that do one or two of the above, but all three are proving a bit of a challenge for my limited experience.
(Why oh why do I promise things that I have no idea if I can deliver or not?)
Please help a PHer in need.

So Narrow St is out, despite it's appeal - it's too obviously close to my gaff for anything other than the "you're coming back to mine for a session of tomfoolery" message to be sent out. I like to at least imply a little ambiguity...
PS: To all, I don't want to go to the Oxo (overrated, in many ways), despite the mirth and rolling smilies that you would hope to get from such a suggestion.

I don't know what www.thesamuelpepys.co.uk is like these days, but used to be fine, and isn't easy to find.
what about Somerset House? Right by Waterloo Bridge... used to be an electric blue vodka bar and now Tom Aikens....

Agree with these two - also All Bar One just below Pont de la Tour is OK - Nice large outdoor seating area- and looking at their drinks list yesterday evening had reasonably priced Champagne cocktails...Dave200 said:
