Weber's complete barbecue book

They were having a book sale at work and I spotted this for £5 so I bought it on impulse.

I think I need a bigger BBQ as my Smoky Joe is a bit small for smoking a rack of ribs. 47" one touch maybe.

Will be having a good read at lunchtime.

I have the 47cm One Touch and while it's fabulous, I wish I'd gone for the 57cm as I have to overlap the ribs if I do more than 1 rack. I bought the Rib Rack, which is useful but it's pretty big and would work much better on the 57cm, as on the 47cm I found that it was tricky to keep the ribs away from the direct heat.

yeah go for the 57cm one you can get some big chunks of meat on that

To be honest the price differnce between the 47 and the 57 is so small I might as well get the big one.
