As the title really, I am looking to make a chocolate bread and butter pudding with brioche, has anyone done this?? If so any tips???

Can not decide whether to make one with brioche or croissants?? just looking for any tips? add hazlenuts? liquer maybe???

Wouldn't use croissants once wet and cooked they'll go like a lump of damp fatty pastry. Brioch sound good smile

brioche it is then, just cant decide whether to make a chocolate custard, or plain custard and layer chocolate inbetween the slices of brioche

Buy a chocolate chip brioche from Aldi and use that lick
