I watch the odd fat buster program on TV where they have an overweight person or couple and display their whole weeks food intake on a table to shock them how much rubbish they eat.

If they did this to you would it shock you?

Me? I think it would be the following

10 fried eggs
10 rashers of bacon
5 hash browns
5 saches of red sauce
Thats breakfast sorted

12 Roast potatoes
3 Cougettes
5 bell peppers
pint of Gravy
3 salads
3 salad dressings
3 home made soup
3 white bread sandwiches (ham, beef or chicken) with salad
dried herbs
17 cups of tea with semi-skimmed milk no sugar
5 cups of coffee with semi-skimmed milk no sugar
3 Chopped chicken breast
Jar of curry sauce
mug of Rice
1 aubergine
2 red onions
Garlic
3 slices of roast chicken
1 shepherds pie
2 enegy drinks (in the gym)
1 Gammon steak
1 portion Baked beans
1 small chips
1 portion of pasta
1 portion of cabbage
1 portion of broccoli & colliflower
1 jar of pasta sauce
4 chicken thighs with stuffing
1 portion of pasta

I think thats it paperbag

Ok I might have missed out a couple of things and need to edit

Hold on there Cotty fella me lad.

Now, as a man of a notoriously large plate scam, which is invariably full to it's very tensile limit why in the wide wide world of sports are you bothering with skimmed milk?

Is this not the home cooked version of 3 Big Mac Meals and a diet coke, please?

Madness.

Semi skimmed. Skimmed is like coloured water.

I reckon it would be alarming, personally.

Not because I'm a big fat knacker, well, alright, I am but me and food don't get on much despite loving it, deeply.

I only eat once a day you see.

Not for any particular reason, just got out of the habit of eating lunch and havent eaten breakfast for as long as I can remember.

Thats me on a weekend, I skip breakfast and lunch and just have one large meal in the evening. Thats the meal I post and everyone thinks I eat that every day.

Mine would consist of:

14 cups coffee
7 (yes, 7) pineapples
6 limes
6 tomatoes
2 bags salad
1 bag mixed bean sprouts
splashes of balsamic vinegar
1/2 loaf bread
1 bag biltong
1 piece steak or chicken
2 packets crab sticks
1 bag pretzels
2 bags mini cheeses
4 yogurts
3 l fruit juice
6 cans diet ginger beer
2 or 3 supermarket sandwiches

Not that much really since I mostly 'graze'.

However I am not posting any details of alcohol consumption. beer
