I'll start biggrin

1. Rolling out pastry.

Is it possible to roll it out in such a way as for it to have a level thickness, i.e. not thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges?

When I make pastry and put it in the fridge, I always make it into a flat, level 'patty' rather than a 'ball', so I'm starting from a level premise, but I always end up with it thin at the edges and thicker in the centre.

Any tips?

And do feel free to add any questions relating to culinary preparation but which you always felt too much of a wally to ask here too thumbup

put less pressure on your rolling pin, I would hazard a guess that you are putting too much effort into it so pressing the sides down hence the high spot in the middle.

hth

eta: obivously you aren't pushing the sides down at exactly the same time & bending the rolling pin, unless you're the incredible hulk scratchchin

1) Does cooked pasta freeze ok?

2) Can I freeze raw egg? For instance if I made some burgers with egg as a binder, would that be ok to freeze them raw?

If it's already in a sauce, yes.

If it's not, Dear God man, it only cost 4p! Cook some more next time.

Neither. Because you ride a girl's bike which can't even cycle over marshmallows.

If:
A quantity of Olive oil

...constitute reasonably balanced foods, why, when cooked together do they become artery-hardening food from hell to send you to an early grave?
