Went last night and I reckon its better than ever. Got stuck into the wine which pushed the bill up a bit but 4 michelin meals including the best wood pigeon and vension I have ever eaten, and four very full diners a bit the worse for wear, for under £250 is amazing.

As he is South East based I would assume he means the one in Locksbottom Kent. Although there may be a second one close by.

Im pretty sure its the one in Locksbottom, they also have Chapter Two in Blackheath.

Love Chapter One & its very close to home, but you do have to keep an eye on that wine list!
