liver and cheese canapes

Ingredients

Raw liver
Cheap oatmeal
Cheap strong cheese.

Recipe.

Chuck half a carton of liver into the blender.
Chuck in a good mansized hand of oats in
Blend and add either until it is a stiff paste.
Grate lots of cheese.
Put the meat paste into fairy cake baking tray.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook for 10 minutes till cheese has melted to hold it all together. Chill or freeze.

Man, our dog is so spoiled with me having to do the PH cooking competition every week. Needless to say he is not happy with sugar and cream as the ingredients for this week, the pumpkin was bad enough!

If you have dogs though I would heartedly recommend it. Even though I only have 8 fingers left ....
