Who's to be the victor in this week's exciting edition?

Cactussed's Tuna & Quail egg Nicoisse?

grumbledoak's Pancetta wrapped Haddock?

My mixed grill?

Zakelwe's Monkfish?

Or lastly, Anna's Smoked Mackerel Souffle?

Vote. VOTE.

They all look good, but I do like the look of grumbledoak's so vote casted. Mind you I thought it had to contain egg, is it in the sauce?

I could have entered my fish pie as it contained boiled eggs but lacked presentation.

Technically the mayonnaise sauce only contains the yolk, but I did crack an egg to make it so I figured that was 'in the spirit'.

ETA- It is more clear in the original 'entries' post, where I showed method: http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing/topic.asp?t=7...

I is back! And fatter than ever!
Thanks to all who voted. FWIW, quail eggs are a whole lot moe hassle than they are worth.

I shall have a think today and come up with some ingredients...

Also, I'll post up some pics over the weekend of some of the amazing food I was lucky enough to sample over the last few days.

Just small and fiddly, plus timing to get them just right is a lot different to a normal egg due to size difference, so took me a few goes to get them right...
