Currently eating a lot for protein as hitting the gym, so was wondering if anyone knew any decent places? Best found so far is Tesco at 7.99/KG but would love to find a decent fishmonger/market to get it from instead.

Costco.

Full salmon £14.99 I think.

Gorgeous too. I often get one and cut it into (14) pieces and freeze them.

Bolton market has a fantastic fish section. Open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.... I think??

Go on a saturday afternoon and you will get some great bargains.

Smithfield market Openshaw, The fish market
Get down there before 9ish in the morning as they will be closing up,
Few stalls on there, even though they are wholesalers youll get sorted out if you just want a fillet or 2.
