Jerk Recipies?

Hey All,

The other day I impulse bought a jar of Jerk while in the supermarket. One of my mates does pieces of pork belly marinated in Jerk, and BBQ's it, which are highly addictive. But I was after some other ideas.. I have done a search of the internet, but was after some tried and tested dishes.

I was after pork recipes, as I am not really one for chicken, but if I can adapt it to another meat I'd love to hear it.

I know you're not really into chicken but I'd seriously give it a try, it works so well. The BBQ'ed Jerk Chicken that I had in Key West ranks as one of my favourite ever meals.

I can always use turkey instead of chicken, but I like swine, and that seems to be the 2nd most popular meat for Jerk over in that sunny part of the world.
