You can get lime juice in little bottles, like the lemon juice, in most decent sized supermarkets.

Otherwise you can find fresh limes all over the place these days.

I wouldn't use cordial.

Make sure you use Patron tequila.

Try to get proper triple sec, although Cointreau will do. Gold tequilla a must. Freshly squeezed limes a must. Don't chicken out on the salt.

Yep.. i spent 30 mins in two fecking supermarkets yesterday and the best they could come up with when asked was a jif Lemon FFS. have you actually tried finding anything in a supermarket!!!!

Its a place called Diablo Royale, its in the West Village, great tequila, great margarita's and excellent Taco's. I'll PM you with the details so you can plan your trip. I've text him to get the recipe, hopefully have an answer back very shortly.

Half decent tequila yes. The cornerstone is just the right amount of freshly squeezed lime juice. And don't over-salt the rim (ahem).
