prawn curry recipe?

Got:

peppers
chilli
lemon grass
bay leaves
coconut milk
raw prawns
various herbs

rice

what else do i need?

I'd add onion, thai green/red curry paste and some fish sauce.
Maybe a dash of lime juice.

Herbs, I'd just use coriander personally.

Ginger is a must.

Dont add the prawns until the sauce is cooked. The will turn into horrible little bits of rubber in 5 minutes so dont overcook

just had some:

added a chopped tomatoe, mushrooms, pepper, tumeric, cumin, onion and the above ingredients

I wacked in some frozen tiger prawns and left it to simmer for a while and they were still succulent
