Out of Date Beer

Okay, long story but I'm sitting next to about 60-odd cans of Red Stripe that have a best before date of 31/3/2008 stamped on them. Should I drink them? Any horror stories out there on out-of-date beer?
If you drink 60 cans of Red Stripe at one sitting, it matters not one iota about the date stamped on the can. You'll have your very own Stephen King of a horror story, regardless. The last time I touched Red Stripe was in Negril, about fifteen years ago....and it wasn't nice even then.

Yeah - at "worst" they'll taste funny (given the date - I'm sure much [years] older stuff might make you feel worse).
You didn't buy it off my competitor did you? It's the kind of s

dont do itOnce had the worst bout of projectile vomiting upon drinking a can of beer that had been in the fridge a while, ok 5 years to be precise and I thought it tasted a bit funny on the way down
Out of date beer will taste exactly the same providing it is only a few months over the sell-by date.
It is only dated to encourage sales to the commercial chains. I have a friend who used to work for Guiness (Park Royal) employed as an Analytical Chemist and whose role was specifically to 'test beer' and yes that included drinking it!
