Off to Guernsey, 4 days in Roquianne Bay & 2 weeks in Vazon Bay with the wife & two children (6 & 3) and I need to find some restraunts that are child friendly. Don't get me wrong, my kids are very well behaved & will sit there & eat sensibly, so not looking for a "Fun Factory" type place, just somewhere with good food that will cater for children before 7pm.

The deerhound is good (about 300yds from the airport).
The rockmount (cobo)
Both of the above are more "pub" type places that serve good food.
Also try Le Petit bistro at the bottom of the pollet in town & the Auberge at jerbourg, just great every time, both proper resteraunts, but not child friendly. Worth a shout if you can get a sitter for the night.

At last, someone with something usefull to say, thanks for that.

Thankfully our kids love GOOD food, often we book an early table at the Royal Raj in Winterbourne, of take them for lunch in Zero Degrees Clifton.

The deerhound is probably your best bet, very child friendly (until 10pm), good food, good atmosphere. No booking of tables so you need to turn up & take a chance. Food is served 12-2 & 6-9. Its my local, so if you see a silver m3 cab pull in, say hi.
