Should be very easy, just made one for later tonight following a recipe I got on-line. However, regardless of how I make it, it always seems a bit bland, not as good as in a good mexican restuarant.
I've tried adding more chilli etc etc, but I never manage to hit the mark with it.
Any of you got any Chilli secrets you could share with me?

Meant to add, an old work mate once gave me a recipie for one that involved cooking the mince in milk (yes..milk!), apparently you cooked it very slowly throughout the day. Ofcourse, Im a dumbass and lost the recipe, anyone heard of this one before?
