What the do they coat these things with?

It can't be Cocaine, and I don't find myself intending to eat a couple of salted Walkers crisps and ending up wolfing the entire packet, so I don't think it can simply be salt.

Is there a scientific explanation? I've just gorged 1/2 a tube of the Cheese ones and I can't bloody stand Cheese crisps confused

Try the Rice Infusion pringles..pretty much wanted to make me throw up... Normal pringles are great but these new ones are disgusting!

Since Walkers officially stopped making proper crisps and went onto making only light crisp free substitutes, all the other brands do seem to be much more appealing.

MSG fair enough, quite scary though as it's got me wondering just how Homer Simpson like I could be if presented a variety of vile products coated with MSG yumminess. Mmmmm dog shit..

apparently a lot of chinese people use MSG like we use salt in food. I suppose they probably aren't that different.

hehe

For MSG-free crisp yumminess (and a full bag of crisps, unlike the skanky portion afforded by Walkers these days), try Seabrook's.....recommended.

I recently tried it again and it dodn't happen as well, maybe some flavours are more toxic than others?!
