As per the title really...anyone have any interesting combinations? Looking for something other than ham and mushrooms!

Chorizio and shallots with herbs/seasoning ala Jamie Oliver is scrummy wink

Also, I find it much better if you get everything mixed in the pan on the hob then finish it off under the grill for a few minutes - makes it rise a bit and is much better consistancy wink

always use bacon and cheese, but got given a huge piece or chorzio so decied to use that up and loved it. it's the way forward from now on

Potato, either mashed or sliced and fried (ideal for using up leftovers after Sunday lunch). Makes it pretty filling too!!!

Chorizo, what a great idea!!

I have coupe of chicken's in an eglu. They are due to start laying in March, I am looking forward to experimenting with egg recipe's!

White crab meat. It is even pretty cheap, in tins.
Or that Austrian smoked cheese.

And something green on the side.
