I had the left over Lancs hotpot for breakfast - chopped everything up, mashed the spuds with a fork and kneaded some flour in (like making potato cakes).
Squashed into shape, floured and fried, like a meaty, oniony hash brown, eaten with plenty of HP sauce.
Christmas is coming up, a time when many a tasty morsel risks getting chucked away the next morning.
