Pine nut Thyme and honey flan jamie oliver

Saw jamie making this for JK Jamroqui.
made it today for my lot.
wow.......... if you dont like sickly sweet. but have a fondness for savoury sweet this is your pud.

flan case filled with short crust.
make a sponge filling and add to this toasted pine nuts and fresh thyme and a large LARGE tablespoon of honey. specialist honey even better
bake till cooked
cool and serve with creme fresh and thyme.

Heaven.................. oh yes!!!!!!!!
