Favourite Food when you are feeling down
Discussion
This was sparked by Sheets asking how to get his kid to eat.
My favourite when I'm feeling down food is what I call "Egg in a cup"
Soft boil two eggs, 3.25 minutes.
While they boil, make two slices of toast.
Butter toast, then cut into soldiers, then into cubes.
Put half of the little toast squares into a large cup, with an extra dod of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Scoop the contents of the boiled eggs into the cup. Stir well with a teaspoon, making sure you cut up the white into tiny pieces.
Add the rest of the cubed toast. Stir again. Add a bit more butter.
Eat with teaspoon.
Fecking Heaven.

Large shank of lamb, peppered, covered in rosemary, lightly salted. Slam it in the over.
Take it out, slash it into as many pieces as possible, back in the oven.
Take it out, cut the remaining pieces into into as many small cubes as possible, back it goes.
Roast till every piece of fat and small cube of meat is crispy, having roasted in the fat. Drain off the fat, make a gravey in the pan on the hob whilst the chips finish cooking.
Crispy lamb with chips and gravey, yum! Knaw the bone afterwards like a dawg, Lambshank bones really are the tastiest meat bones on this planet, bar none.
