Got a new Lelit machine from them last week, and it's faulty.

Call them up to request return/replacement: "Send us an email"
Send an email, with video: Automated "thanks for your email" - nothing else.
Called up again: "We've marked this as a priority case". Nothng happens
Sent another email: No response.

Grrr. Next step is credit card company if I don't hear anything today.
