Hi guys

For you curry aficionados out there, I normally have a chicken tikka masala from the Indian but I fancy a curry that is very similar to it but just a little more spice and a slightly deeper flavour, I don’t want it burning my mouth off mind just something a little bit more!

What’s your recommendations?!

Do you like biryani? You can order a chicken tikka biryani and choose a few sauces to try with it. The rice helps take some of the hotness out of the sauce. Madras is my choice but each takeaway will have their own version.

Could try a dhansak? Or just ask them to make your masala a bit more spicy! My mate does that with a korma at our local!

Is a dhansak a dry dish? I fancy a full curry and not to mess around trying to find out a sauce really, also I’m not a huge fan of sweet and sour curry’s, I like the odd pathia here and there but wouldn’t order out of choice

I’m quite partial to a Dupiaza. So long as you like onion. Might be the sort of thing you’re looking for.

Give a chicken jalfrezi a go. Spicier than a tikka marsala with green chillies, but then every restaurant is different….

Yup, that should do you but I also recommend a Chicken Xacuti that has a slight pickle flavour.

A good Nepalese chilli chicken is amazing, too.
