Damn, this stuff is good - I put it on just about everything and it's also a great addition when cooking stuff like stirs fries.

is anyone else a fan/convert?

I make my own chilli jam from home grown chillies. Strong cheddar cheese and chilli jam sandwiches, are my favourite.

This - I use Nigella’s recipe. And scotch bonnet chillies for a little more heat, as making it with regular red chillies just doesn’t do it . So easy and so tasty

Love a bit on a slice of mature cheddar on top of an oatcake.

...we've made it before but it's just the shear convenience of having it in a squeezy bottle that's got me hooked.

I recommend this - with a really mature cheddar it is wonderful. Will give your recommendation a go as well.
