A decent roast dinner around SE London
Discussion
Bit of a long shot this, but maybe someone can help me.
I'm traveling with my wife and parents-in-law to visit my family in SE London, and as my parents-in-law are from Mexico where we don't have this sort of thing, they really want to try a traditional English roast dinner. Only problem is we won't be there on a Sunday and most places I've found seem to only serve it then. We can go anywhere around SE London or even NW Kent. Only option I've found that would definitely be open is Toby Carvery, which is really a last resort for obvious reasons.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

As above - where are you classing as "SE London"?I'm traveling with my wife and parents-in-law to visit my family in SE London, and as my parents-in-law are from Mexico where we don't have this sort of thing, they really want to try a traditional English roast dinner. Around Peckham/Dulwich/Camberwell they are tonnes of decent options and all have SE postcodes.

There is a restaurant in Borough Market called "Roast" who appear to offer a couple of roast dinner options all week.
By my definition, Borough Market is in South East London (Postcode = SE1), however you might not agree.
Mmm, interesting. I realise the river marks the border between north and south, but personally I wouldn't class the Southbank or SE1 as S.E. London, in the same way as I wouldn't class Marylebone Station area (NW1) as North London. I would class them as Central London. By my definition, Borough Market is in South East London (Postcode = SE1), however you might not agree.

It is surely "around SE London" though?omniflow said:
