Late Lunch in Margate

Can anyone recommend anywhere for a relaxed afternoon eating and drinking in Margate?
I don't really want a starter, mains, deserts kind of place. Ideally somewhere with a decent wine list, and good food that we can order over 2 or 3 hours to keep ourselves from falling over.
I've googled, but I can't find anything that looks likely.
